Terms of Service
Effective date: July 10, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Robusty (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Robusty provides a cloud-based software testing platform that enables teams to create, manage, and execute automated test cases and test suites.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment — no questions asked. After that period, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer it, use it to transmit malware, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Robusty and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain all rights to your own data and test artifacts. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy & Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge our data practices. Where applicable, we act as data processor on your behalf and will enter into a Data Processing Agreement upon request.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may retain data for a limited period as required by law, after which it will be deleted.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
